Crazy flat cut plywood chair file. I’m always getting people ask me for these, so here is the 1st.
Disclaimer, i’ve not cut this. It is designed for 1/2 inch thick plywood. adjust as necessary to get this correct. remember, the arms, and legs are all laminated with 2 pieces of 1/2 ply. The stringers are all single 1/2 ply.
This was edited in vectric aspire and the files are nested for 4’x4′ cnc (my cnc4newbie 4848).
